This is the 27th year of hosting attendees from across the country at Shaker Woods in Columbiana, Ohio, and pottery artist Julie Ward’s first year at the event. Julie will be at booth 182 in the Purple Section and will be selling everything gnome — from one-of-a-kind mugs with everyday gnomes doing everyday things (like their laundry) to gnomes celebrating the upcoming holidays (picking pumpkins, weaving magical spells and even untangling Christmas tree lights). She’ll also have gnome garden statues who can live indoors or out ranging from 7 to 12 inches tall, gnome Christmas ornaments and her one-of-a-kind 3-piece gnome nativity (“gnometivity”). During the festival, Julie will be demonstrating either hand building gnome statues or hand-painting mugs.
