How long does my order take to ship?

Great question! Please allow me up to 8 weeks to make your mug and get it ready to mail. I usually have a backlog of orders (these little fellows are pretty popular!), so depending on how busy I am at the time, it might be less than 8 weeks or it could be a bit longer. 

Do you offer international shipping? 

No yet, but maybe someday.

What is your return policy? 

All sales are final. I offer exchange or refund for items damaged in transit only.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you must first email me at brinkerstreetpottery@gmail.com with photos that clearly show the damaged item within 7 days of receiving it. I will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, I will refund the full purchase price of your item.
